We are pleased to inform you that our organization, the Council for Allied and Healthcare Professionals, is a non-profit organization that is registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Central Registration Center of the Government of India. We have been licensed under Section 8(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 Incorporation Rules, 2014, and have been assigned the CI number U85300DL2021NPL383029.
We would like to clarify that our organization is dedicated to social welfare and providing membership registration to allied and healthcare professionals and practitioners under the Council for Allied and Healthcare Professionals only. We are not affiliated with any other authority or ministry, and our services are exclusively for members of our organization.

“Allied Health Professional includes an Associate, Technician or Technologist who is trained to perform any technical and practical task to support diagnosis and treatment of illness, disease, injury or impairment, and to support the implementation of any healthcare treatment and referral plan, recommended by a medical, nursing or any other healthcare professional, and, who has obtained any qualification of diploma or degree under any recognized University/College or Institution, ” Allied health care professionals are distinct from Nursing, Medicine, and Pharmacy.
Council for Allied and Healthcare Professionals aims to associate professionals under one name for multidimensional growth in education, career, and skills building. A council has been formed for the common purpose of skilled manpower development for employment generation.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Scanned copies of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Qualification Certificates. Unclear / blurred copies scanned using handheld gadgets / scanners will not be accepted, copies of documents need to be scanned using flatbed scanners / MFD only.

An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with a coloured passport size photograph.

Full time equivalent hours worked within the Allied and Healthcare Profession.

Note: Self-employment will not be considered without notary attestation/e-stamp.

Three professional or academic references

Certified copies of all relevant transcripts (compulsory) and certificates. If your name has changed, please send a certified copy of your valid identity proof. Transcripts will be accepted in English or Hindi languages only.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Council will issue acknowledgment on successful submission of the application form, relevant documents, and deposit of requisite fee.
2. Applicant will submit his / her scanned application electronically, as a single .pdf document titled “SURNAME FIRST-NAME”, to our email ID register@cahpindia.com to be followed by a hard copy by Registered / Speed Post at our branch address “COUNCIL FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, Building No 169 (GF), Extended Lal Dora, Village Karala, Delhi - 110081”. 3. Registration Fee for registration under the “COUNCIL FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS” will be as under: -
(a) The Fee for ‘Life Time Membership Registration’ for allied healthcare professionals/practitioners will be `INR. 12,000/- (`INR. twelve thousand only).
(b) The Fee for ‘Student Registration’ for healthcare students will be INR. 5,000/- (`INR. five thousand only). Students may convert their ‘Student Registration’ to ‘Life Time Registration’ by depositing the remaining fee of `INR. 7,000/- (`INR. seven thousand only) along with a one-time convenience fee of `INR.500/- (`INR. five hundred only) to avail all advantages available to lifetime registered members of the “COUNCIL FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS”.
(c) ‘Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) will be paid by registered members every year @ `INR. 500/- (`INR. five hundred only) on or before 31st December. NO Annual Maintenance Charges are applicable for the first year on fresh registrations. In case Annual Maintenance Charges are not paid by the member in due time a late fee will be applicable @ `. 10/- per day up till the date of payment. The maximum extension period will be 90 days. Registered healthcare students will also be liable to pay Annual Maintenance Charges.
(d) The fee for ‘ Annual Membership Registration’ for allied healthcare professionals/practitioners will be `INR. 2000/- (`INR. two thousand only).
